引 言
“ INTRODUCTION ”
——
在成都，一直以來，城西都被認為是上風上水之地，曾聚集著各路達官顯貴，因而有了“西貴”之稱。
隨著城市高速發展，成都成為擁有更強包容性和時尚因素的國際化大都市，然而城西這片承載著歷史的土地卻漸漸變得模糊，淡出人們的視線。
2020年4月，設計團隊第一次來到現場實地考察，場地現狀極差，街區內的業態停滯�，F狀場地市面蕭條、建筑陳舊、周邊遍布汽修廠及各類廢棄酒店、甚至學校還是在建工地，眼前的景象與曾經的“西貴”形成巨大反差。
In Chengdu, the western part of the city has long been regarded as an upwind place, where various dignitaries gathered, thus earning it a reputation as the Western Nobility.
With the rapid development of the city, Chengdu has become an international metropolis with more inclusive and fashionable factors. However, the historical land in the west of the city has gradually become blurred and faded out of people s sight.
For the first time, the design team came to the site for field investigation. The site is in a very bad situation, and the business format and residential background in the block have changed dramatically. The site is in a depressed market, with old buildings around it, automobile repair factories, abandoned hotels and even schools are still under construction, and the current scene forms a huge contrast with the former Xigui.

場地解讀
“ SITEINTERPRETATION ”
——
項目位于四川省成都市武侯區機投橋街道半邊街村2組，設計面臨諸多不利條件。
場地外圍環境復雜、周邊城市界面糟糕、建筑及臨街商鋪陳舊破敗、弱電線垂掛纏繞、高壓電桿密布，如何通過景觀設計重塑城市界面，優化場地功能，提升居民生活品質？
The project is located in Group 2, Banbian Street village, Idouqiao Street, Wuhou District, Chengdu city, Sichuan Province. The design is faced with many disadvantages.
The surrounding environment of the site is complex, and the surrounding city interface is poor. Buildings and shops facing the street are old and dilapidated. Weak wires are hung down and wound around high-voltage poles.
△ 糟糕的原始城市界
除此之外，項目場地作為市政代建綠地，是周邊居住者集會、散步的休閑場地，需開敞、共享并具備防災避險要求；現在作為實景展示區是對大區未來生活場景的預告，還需具備示范區昭示性和體驗感。要同時兼顧以上兩者需求，直接影響設計師思路。
In addition, the project site, as a green space built by the municipal government, is a leisure venue for surrounding residents to gather and walk. It needs to be open, shared, and meet the requirements for disaster prevention and risk prevention; it is now used as a real-life display area for the future life scenes of the region The preview also needs to have the demonstrability and experience of the demonstration area. The above two needs must be taken into account at the same time, which directly affects the designer s thinking.

面對諸多硬傷，在如此破敗的環境里，如何營造輕奢體驗感，尋求打造實景展示區的最優解，是本次設計的根本目的。
In the face of many flaws, in such a dilapidated environment, how to create a light luxury experience and seek the best solution for creating a real-life display area is the fundamental purpose of this design.
設計策略
“ THE DESIGN STRATEGY ”
——
針對以上難點問題，設計師在原始場地基礎上改善提升場地環境，通過不利因素隔絕+強勢動線引導+六重景觀進階體驗感，隔絕外界糟糕城市界面，打造沉浸式貴族生活體驗。同時保證景觀與建筑統一，在景觀景墻壓頂、LOGO、格柵等元素上，與建筑高度統一。
In response to the above difficult issues, the designer improved and upgraded the site environment on the basis of the original site, through the isolation of unfavorable factors + (strong movement guidance + six-fold landscape advanced experience, isolated from the bad city interface from the outside world, and created an immersive aristocratic life experience.
設計師將現狀場地清理優化，弱電下地改造，以此解決低空亂線問題，并將現狀喬木清理，保留現場老榕樹修剪利用，作為植物設計基底；在與原始場地最高程度融合基礎上對沿街兩側城市界面環境進行了整體打造提升；示范區場地通過雙曲面景墻及微地形綠化的物理手法過濾原始復雜的城市界面，打造沉浸式體驗。
The designer cleaned and optimized the existing site and renovated the ground under weak electricity to solve the problem of low-altitude and chaotic lines. The existing arbor was cleared, and the old banyan trees on the site were kept for pruning and used as the plant design base; on the basis of the highest degree of integration with the original site, the two sides along the street The environment of the side city interface has been improved as a whole; the site of the demonstration area filters the original complex city interface through the physical method of hyperboloid scenery wall and micro-terrain greening to create an immersive experience.

設計師主要兼顧東南角雙向客戶來源，我們在轉角處打造印有項目案名的臥式LOGO，強調交界處昭示性，解決交通動線復雜的問題。
The designer mainly took into account the two-way source of customers in the southeast corner. We created a horizontal LOGO printed with the project name at the corner, emphasizing the visibility of the junction and solving the problem of complicated traffic routes.

立足于場地現狀，常規直線型設計手法顯然無法滿足使用需求，設計師經過多稿推演，最終決定以洄游形式作為場地唯一動線，解決場地遺留問題。設計挖掘西貴深厚文化底蘊，以書卷截面曲線作為場地流線形式，既保證開敞要求又避免視線過于通透。
Based on the current situation of the site, the conventional linear design method obviously cannot meet the needs of use. After many drafts, the designer finally decided to use the migratory form as the only moving line of the site to solve the remaining problems of the site. The design digs out the profound cultural heritage of Xigui, and uses the cross-section curve of the book as the streamlined form of the site, which not only guarantees the open requirement but also avoids the line of sight being too transparent.
示范區以雙曲線石墻打造沉浸式體驗，過濾原始城市界面，通過邂逅、洄游、逐影、尋覓、入境、尊享六大主題節點串聯，形成一個豐富的功能網絡，有效解決原始場地面臨的問題。
The demonstration area uses hyperbolic stone walls to create an immersive experience, filtering the original urban interface, and forming a rich functional network through the series of six themed nodes of encounter, migration, shadow chase, search, entry, and enjoyment, and effectively solve the problems faced by the original site problem.

設計通過復興西貴文化，實現了市井風情向“西貴精致生活”轉變。我們所做的不僅是為居住者提供一處普通的居所，更有蘊含景觀設計改善人居環境、助力城西發展的重要意義。
The design realizes the transformation of the local customs to "Xigui exquisite life" by reviving the Xigui culture. What we have done is not only to provide residents with an ordinary residence, but also contains the significance of landscape design to improve the living environment and help the development of the west of the city.
邂 逅
“ NICE TO MEET YOU ”
——
示范區入口景墻以弧線形式搭配精致水景，打造禮儀、迎賓形象展示界面，高大的雙弧墻和雙曲面全石材進口黑金沙對視水景，增加視覺沖擊力，與周邊市井環境形成巨大反差。
The entrance scenery wall of the demonstration area is curved with exquisite water scenery to create a ceremonial and welcoming image display interface. The tall double-arc wall and hyperboloid all-stone imported black sands look at the water scenery, increase the visual impact, and form a huge impact with the surrounding market environment. Contrast.
洄 游
“ GO ROUND AND ROUND ”

廊道區域是未來后花園中林下散步的主要動線，設計采用雙曲面造型石墻，遮擋了周邊糟糕的城市界面。
The corridor area is the main moving line for walks under the forest in the future back garden. The design uses hyperboloid-shaped stone walls to block the bad urban interface around it.

逐 影
“ CHASING THE LIGHT OF LIFE”
——
隨著孤墻+植物屏障引導，穿過迂回狹小的廊道至開敞的草坪空間，場地形態同樣以書卷截面曲線形態構成。
Guided by isolated walls + plant barriers, passing through the winding narrow corridors to the open lawn space, the form of the site is also composed of the curved shape of the scroll section.
草坪弧形動線環繞28棵雞爪槭，設計師3次赴江蘇苗圃，從上千棵雞爪槭中精選28棵，搭配3棵特選40胸徑的大規格樸樹。
The curved line of the lawn surrounds 28 palm trees. The designer went to the Jiangsu nursery three times to select 28 trees from thousands of palm trees, and matched with 3 specially selected large-sized hackberry trees with a diameter of 40 breast.
喬灌木間虛實穿插、疏密相間、高低生姿，為使用者提供了一個靜謐的沐浴陽光的自由活動空間。
The trees and shrubs are interspersed with virtual and solid, dense and dense, high and low, providing users with a quiet and free space for sunbathing.
尋 覓
“ EXPLORE THE POETIC LIFE ”

風動裝置借以“書卷曲線”由平面形式向立體空間的角度舒展而上，中心點綴一棵特選樸樹，增添場地藝術感。
裝置紋理以白色與金色作跳色搭配，有“書中自有黃金屋”的寓意，響應場地文化內涵。
The wind-driven installation stretches upward from the plane to the angle of the three-dimensional space by using the "scroll curve", with a specially selected hackberry in the center, adding to the artistic sense of the site.
The texture of the installation uses white and gold as a color matching, with the implication of "the book has its own golden house", responding to the cultural connotation of the site.
配備休閑座椅，秋日午后，人們可以在此停留，享受林下空間的靜謐時光。
Equipped with leisure seats, people can stay here in the autumn afternoon and enjoy the quiet time in the forest space.
入 境
“ GRADUALLY ENTERLING BLISSFUL CIRCUMSTANCES ”

提取意大利建筑“透視門”的設計元素，門廊鎏金鑲邊、大氣尊貴，與建筑樓棟外立面材料、元素相呼應。前場過濾雜亂的城市界面，后場打造意式優雅輕奢生活體驗，穿行其中可以感受到場地體驗感的轉變。
The design elements of the "perspective door" of Italian architecture are extracted, and the porch is gilded and decorated with magnificence and nobleness, which echoes the materials and elements of the facade of the building. The front field filters the messy urban interface, and the back field creates an Italian-style elegant and light luxury life experience, through which you can feel the change of the experience of the venue.

作金色鏤空裝飾，延續意式鎏金美學
后場水庭是未來大區的真實呈現，大面積水景、整型灌木、簡潔通透的建筑玻璃幕墻凸顯場地精致、輕奢的品質感。
The backyard water court is a true presentation of the future large area. The large area of water features, integral shrubs, and simple and transparent architectural glass curtain walls highlight the delicate and light luxury quality of the site.
庭院內種植細膩溫婉的花境，列植的色葉美國紅楓、深綠大葉片鶴望蘭、水景中孤植粉花叢生紫薇等，春萌嫩綠、秋泛鮮紅，營造意式精致浪漫風情。
Delicate and gentle flower borders are planted in the courtyard, with colored leaves of American red maple, dark green large-leaf strelitzia, solitary pink flowers in the waterscape, crape myrtle, etc., which are green in spring and bright red in autumn, creating a delicate and romantic Italian style Amorous.
施工回顧
“ CONSTRUCTION REVIEW ”

從設計到施工，設計面臨有限面積、有限時間、有限造價三重困難，如何在有限的條件下達到理想的景觀效果，也成為本案難點所在！
由于場地曲線形態限制，施工過程并不順利，我們從整體結構形式及裝飾材料選擇方向借鑒其他項目成功經驗，在此基礎上做出反思及革新，確保施工過程順利進行，避免二次返工。
From design to construction, the design faces three difficulties of limited area, limited time, and limited cost. How to achieve the ideal landscape effect under limited conditions has also become the difficulty of this case!
Due to the curvilinear shape of the site, the construction process was not smooth. We borrowed the successful experience of other projects from the overall structure and choice of decorative materials, and made reflections and innovations on this basis to ensure the smooth progress of the construction process and avoid secondary rework.
一、 雙曲面弧墻做法
場地雙曲面景墻是施工一大難點，我們結合對堆坡擋土結構和成本因素的考慮，參考分析了其他成功項目經驗，盡可能降低人工對雙曲面造型還原度的影響。
為配合項目開放時間節點，縮短施工工期，降低施工難度，保證項目效果在后期呈現過程中有優化空間，景墻內部結構由最初的斜面+直立式全鋼混凝土結構演變為直立式+磚砌填充結構，一次成型。
The hyperboloid scenery wall of the site is a major difficulty in construction. We combined the consideration of the slope retaining structure and cost factors, and analyzed the experience of other successful projects to minimize the artificial impact on the restoration of the hyperboloid modeling.
In order to match the opening time of the project, shorten the construction period, reduce the difficulty of construction, and ensure that there is room for optimization of the project effect in the later stage of presentation, the internal structure of the scenery wall has evolved from the initial inclined plane + vertical all-steel concrete structure to the vertical + brick filling Structure, one-time molding.

二、 飾面材料對比
為了保證景墻呈現效果，飾面對比多種材料，如清水混凝土、涂料、超薄石材、不同規格的文化石等，結合項目氣質需求，施工工藝難度、材料耐久性和后期維護等，最終從水泥找平+噴真石漆效果演變為3cm寬度的雙色文化石飾面，通過長度控制完成弧墻轉面。
In order to ensure the effect of the scenery wall, the decorative surface is compared with a variety of materials, such as fair-faced concrete, paint, ultra-thin stone, cultural stones of different specifications, etc., combined with project temperament requirements, construction process difficulty, material durability and later maintenance, and finally The effect of cement leveling + spraying real stone paint has evolved into a 3cm width two-color cultural stone veneer, and the arc wall turning surface is completed through length control.

三、 水 景
在曲面流水段，因為頂部為上升曲線，且流水面比較長，水流方式及效果難度大大增加，我們經過多次理論驗證及小樣實驗，由開始分段式水槽-鴨嘴噴頭-通過暗藏多空分段式多空補水管實現了最終效果。
In the curved water section, because the top is an ascending curve and the water surface is relatively long, the flow method and effect are greatly more difficult. After many theoretical verifications and sample experiments, we started with the segmented water tank-duckbill nozzle-through hidden long and short The segmented long-air makeup water pipe achieves the final effect.
